Artist's Description
Wisteria vines transcend down a handful of giant trees in my neighborhood and drape a section of a cul de sac with gorgeous purple petals and fragrances. But within a week or so, the weather changes and the petals fall and the wisteria disappears almost as quickly as it arrived. But the beauty in those few days is the perfect start to the spring season in Charlotte, North Carolina and I look forward to those days each year. This photograph was edited and converted to an oil painting.
